I say yes!

Not because the Obama Administration's Economic policy delayed the "fall of America" He lowered the Jobless rate from 10% to 8%; Or that a core of Black people around me doubled their work to do the things that is possible, rather than what they could do IF someone else had done this or that. Expecting Elder Congressman John Conyers to get a Reparations Study Bill into Congress has just about run its course...Black people have survived four more years to fight another day for our Freedom...........Khalifah
