Notes:		From September 15th to October 15th America celebrates the cultures and traditions of the citizens that trace their language roots to Spain. It is estimated that the Hispanic population consists of over 48 million Americans, making it the largest ethnic race or minority. One of the elements that has limited exposure while we celebrate Hispanic Heritiage is the African presence in the Hispanic/Latino.
