PROGRESS OVER PAIN: Motivational speaker Jerreme Wade, second from left, is a remarkable young man whose abiding faith in God helped him overcome 19 years of struggle and pain, beginning when he was born with cerebral palsy. Now he's on a relentless mission to help others rise above obstacles. NEW VISION YOUTH SERVICES. Most adolescents experience problems transitioning to adulthood. The nation's 500,000 or so foster youth face extra challenges born of growing up without a family support system. New Vision Youth Services provides mentoring and other services that help young people aging out of the system build brighter futures. Above, youth volunteers set up for a walk-a-thon fundraiser.
