VA Caribbean Fest is gonna heat up Norfolk, Sat., Aug 6, parade downtown at noon; Spirit of Norfolk Caribbean Cruise on Fri at midnite y'all. Don't know what happened to the flyer, but it said the cruise is "All White" which damn well better be referring to the attire, cause us Black folks are kind of sensitive to all white stuff, you know.
