A group called "Blacks4Barak" have put out a comprehensive list of Pres. Obama's 244 accomplishments (link below). While the list is certainly impressive as far as list go, and we see where Obama has increased Pell Grants (which many Black students use to finance their college educations) for student loans and also implemented direct government student loans.
However, as you guessed, there is nothing here dealing with the Black chronic unemployment rates, and while numerically, there are more whites unemployed than Blacks, joblessness in our communities affects a greater percentage of our people than in the white communities. And it is primarily for the reason that Obama has not put forth a program to target the depression level loss of work in our communities, that many of us are saying, "I'm through with Obama!" Every one need s jobs including students who work while studying and primarily live at home while in school and MANY are returning back home after getting their degrees, due to dismal job prospects.
Jobs are a necessity, and Obama better get focused on "his" people's plight, before he finds himself out of work!
