Asante Sana Brother Kwasi for your vision and action in setting into motion the, "In the Spirit of Nzinga, Harriett and Yaa…" forum.  Thanks also to the sisters and brothers who came out to greet us and hear my reflections on Saturday. It did a sistah's heart good to have folk whom we worked with in the struggle over many  decades come out in support – such as our friends Baba Khadlifah, Sister Opal, and Sister Maar Heri Akut Maat, and master drummer Baba John Robinson.

 

I didn't mention on during our gathering that I was a little unsure about attending Saturday's session, I'd been involved in a hit and run accident in the tunnel last Saturday evening and I was very sore and slow all week.  But because God had opened the way, thru you, to provide this opportunity I glad the opportunity was not lost..

 

A special thanks to the House of Consciousness for the legacy that they are continuing on that corner of the world, our ancestor Brother George Whelch would be very pleased.
