Yet, in their own times of need, first responders often have no one to call. Thanks largely to the efforts of two Virginia Beach master firefighters who founded Vigilant Watch, that's beginning to change. The organization provides "911 for our first responders." Rather than lashing out in anger when his young nephew was brutally murdered, Anthony Daniels founded an organization that mentors youth and works with parents, while reducing crime in Norfolk's Southside neighborhoods.
