        Hotep ASCAC Family,
             The International Board of ASCAC is conducting a survey to determine who and how many of our members can and would like to participate in an ASCAC conference and tour in Aswan Egypt (Kemet) in August 2012. This would be the 5th anniversary of Baba Dr. Asa Hilliard's (Maa Kheru) transition and the 25th anniversary of ASCAC's trip to Kemet in 1987. If we go, there will be a ceremony for Baba Asa in the Valley of the Kings and there will be a ceremony for our Queen Nzinga (Maa Kheru) in the Valley of the Queens. The date will be from August 3rd to August 17th. The conference will be August 7 ,8, and 9th. The cost will be approximately $3600.00. We need you to e-mail me back and inform us whether you can attend, cannot attend or don't know at this time. If you don't know at this time, we need to know if money is the reason, time off from the job, or some other reason. The other reason could be that you won't know until later. We need a response by Friday October 7, 2011. We need to make an assessment by the time of our international conference call which will be this weekend.
             If we decide to go to Kemet, then we will have a Symposium the last weekend in March 2012 at Kent State University.
