More and More Blackfolk Joining the OccupyWall & Occupy Norfolk!...

Ok, there's a lot of info in the posting immediately below the line about Black involvement in Occupy Wall Street (OWS)  and more. 

Dua (thank you) to Sister Diana for this note and a double Dua to all of the local Sistahs and Brothas who have responded to our call to Occupy Norfolk (ON) .  I ask everyone to protest in Hotep (peace), we are not in any position to confront any one wearing guns..  Further, I am asking you to send me your first-hand reports of your observations at the ON march to share with others.  Also, I have asked my partner in NYC, Bro M'Bwebe of www.daghettotymz.com to share the Black perspective on real-time events at OWS.

Filmmaker Obatala Mawusi said that the days he spent documenting the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City were "eye-opening." In particular, the diversity he saw among the protesters belied the images of the movement in mainstream media.
